ABOUT ME
"Out of clutter, find simplicity. From discord, find harmony. In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity." -Albert Einstein"
Iam
A MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Well sort of. My technical background is in biomedical engineering with minors in mechanical engineering and business. In the past, I've worked on projects in improving patient care ranging from handwashing reminder systems for healthcare employees to 3D printing tissues. Currently, I'm studying design and manufacturing to learn how to create effictive products which are both sustainable, easy to manufacture, and intuitive to use.
EXPERIENCE
My experience in industry involves work as a tooling engineer designing molds, gauges, and fixtures. My other valuable experience is derived from my undergraduate thesis where I, with a team of 2 other engineers, looked at transforming proteins into a state where they can be printed from a 3D printer. Additionally, I have entered products in entrepreneurship competitions and won 2nd in U.Va.'s university wide entrepreneruship cup.
